It was meant to be a birthday gift, since my birthday was in August I would say it is slightly belated. But hey, I am not complaining, because it turned out better than I could of hoped! The idea originally came to me when I saw a photo of this DIY jewelry organizer in Best Health magazine several months before my birthday. I ripped it out and told him that this was all I wanted. Ladies, ask and you shall receive (it just might take awhile). He purchased a piece of wood, stain, and some hardware from Lee Valley. Viola, my original and incredibly practical jewelry holder…I think I’ll keep him.
